All comments or complaints should be brought to the attention of the Assistant Practice Managers or Senior Doctors.
Please note that the practice must ensure strict adherence to the rule of medical confidentiality. We cannot provide confidential information without appropriate authority if you are not the patient in question.
Complaints can be made in writing to the surgery, alternatively you can collect a complaints form from reception.
